Wednesday I finally got Mason's new forward facing carseat. Thursday we got to try it out when we went with Aunt Mal in her new jeep to get her wedding dress. He seems to love being able to see what is going on EXCEPT when it comes to nap time. I held out as long as I could getting a new carseat because he would sleep so well in the car in his baby carseat that laid flat. I have tried putting a blanket on the side so he could rest his head against it but he won't leave it alone to use it. Now I need to find him a neck pillow. Last week was pretty busy but this week will definitely top it. Saturday we had a garage and didn't do as well as we hoped. We might try again this Saturday. Today we went to Pittsburg and bought our pool! It has been filling since about 4:00 so hopefully tomorrow I can get some pictures of it finished. We are very excited! This Sunday is Mason's big birthday bash so I will have a hectic week of finishing up party plans. I also painted my hallway last week and bought enough of the same color to do the living room. It's called Poppy Field and I loved the paint swatch. It's a mustard yellow-tan color but on the wall it looks neon yellow. Too bad it looks terrible! I have no idea what to do.......... I bought the expensive paint and wal-mart says there is nothing they can do to fix it even though I know people who have added colors to get paint colors fixed. Liars! We'll see...
